By making a payment through Razorpay, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

• • The payment gateway is provided by Razorpay, and all transactions are subject to their terms and conditions.
• • The payment processing fees charged by Razorpay will be borne by the Client.
• • The Agency retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in the work created.
• • The Client is responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duties.
• • The refund and cancellation policy is as specified in the agreement.
• • The Agency warrants that the services will be provided with reasonable skill and care.
• • The Agency's liability for any damages or losses is limited to the amount paid by the Client.
• • The agreement is governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.
• • Any disputes arising out of the agreement will be resolved accordingly.
